As a life-long athlete I understand the work and struggles that come with training to perform optimally. It was not until I reached my collegiate track and field career that I fully paid attention to how my mental was effecting my physical performance.
It is for this reason that I pursued a Masters Degree in Sport and Performance Psychology to pair with the physical training I do as a certified personal trainer and group instructor. In focusing on the psychological aspects of performance and training, we take a holistic approach in empowering you to perform to your optimal level. This personal empowerment allows you to put the success of your training and goals in your own hands.
